Returns & Exchanges
At Hair Infinity, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
- Prior Approval: All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved by contacting us at hello@thehairinfinity.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and an unboxing video as proof.

- Request must be made within 7 days of receipt
- Return shipping is covered by the customer
- A reverse pickup fee of βΉ200 will be deducted from the store credit
- We are not liable for damage during return transit

Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup.
Q: Will I receive a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Instead, store credit (valid for 6 months) will be issued. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping. A βΉ200 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Store credit is issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
Q: Can I exchange my product?
Yes, eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days. Once received, youβll receive store credit to reorder the product of your choice.
Q: How long is store credit valid?
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Q: Can I cancel a prepaid order?
Yes, you can. You will be given a coupon code with 100% of the bill amount, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
